He cocks his head to the side and gives me a look, then extends his arm and rests his hand on the wall above my head.
He leans in closer, only 6 inches between us now. I can feel the body heat radiating off of him. The scent of his cologne fills my nostrils, overtaking my senses.
He licks his cherry-red lips before he speaks.
"You're playing with fire, sunshine, I hope you know that."
"Fire doesn't scare me," I dare to move in closer, wrapping my hand around to grip to back of his neck and leaning up on my toes to whisper in his ear, "I'm a fucking pyromaniac, baby."
I can sense his whole body tense up as I linger for a second, my breath bouncing off of his skin back onto my face.
I pull my face back, but keep my hand where it is. Harry's eyes bore into me, and if I didn't know better I would swear he was staring directly into my soul.
"Is that a challenge?" It sounds more like a threat than a question.
"You tell me," I turn the question back onto him.
I finally release him, letting the tips of my fingernails graze the back and side of his neck as I let my hand drop.
He just shakes his head and smiles deviously.
"This is going to be a lot of fun, sunshine."
