I think we all struggle from time to time. Sometimes a little motivational quote can help with that?

As someone who struggles with depression, I like to try and help people. I mean maybe nobody will ever read this? But just incase theres even a chance that one person will read it and it helps them a little.

I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.

The title says it all. *TRIGGER WARNING* Remember these are depressive quotes, so please if you get triggered easily, please just do not read. If you do, then... well... I can't really stop you... IMPORTANT: I only began all of this when I was about 12 or 13 years old, so there is a chance that there are a few mistakes here and there since I was really bad at english back then. It's just a bunch of songs I wrote when I was feeling mad or sad or extremely happy and motivated. Their just a bunch of lyrics formed from my emotions. I mean I was trying to figure out how to express myself so I started using rhymes to begin with. I mean some songs don't only have rhymes but most of my songs are rhymes with 4 or 6 lines and their all original works of mine so don't bother trying to steal them or anything. Also this is an add on I've started writing journal entries in here as well and I may put my two books together. My 'Ange's Journal', and 'Hidden Feelings' together. I don't know why, it's just a spur of the moment thing and a feeling I had. These are all my experiences and thoughts I've had but never said out loud. But if you don't like it or are offended by what I say your doing something wrong in life. But I guess it's also me just letting everything out and telling my story in an unorganized way, you know.

Greetings dear readers! This is my first ever poems book. And um I wrote these all based on my personal experiences. As you may journey through chapters of this book based on my life and events throughout. A little sprinkle of the chapters are fictional but nearly all are non-fiction straight from reality. Hopefully you will love this journey with me. Few of these poems are dedicated to my friends or based on their experiences/point of view. Most poems may contain heartbreak or sad feelings but still the majority of the poems are about love, happiness and positivity.
