"You know it's about you reet?" he grinned awkwardly. It was cold outside our work, he looked cold with only his black tshirt on, scratching the back of his neck, dimple popped with his self concious smile.

"What is?" I asked, not playing at dumb the way he smirked and said he knew I was.

"The song love," he said, smile fading as he looked me in the eyes. I couldn't hold his gaze for long and he couldn't really hold mine. The two of us glancing down at our shoes in sync, more alike than we realised.

I shifted uncomfortably in my seat as he stared across the table at me. I could seriously drown in his eyes. He was intoxicatingly attractive and he had to know it. That's why he was acting strange around me. For some reason, he looked at me as if I was the only one there with him. As if nobody else were here. And his voice... it pained me. It actually pained me with how utterly seductive and husky it always sounded. And the way he smelled all the time. I don't know why he smelled so strong, but I didn't mind. He smelled like evergreens and a hint of mint. It sounds like a bad combo, but it dizzied me with how lost I got in it. The thought of not being able to control myself, my thoughts and feelings and body when I'm around him, infuriated me. I was so good at holding myself together now, and he just unraveled me so easily, leaving me a mess. I wasn't the slightest bit afraid of him, and I had no idea why either. Just being in the same room, I felt like I didn't have to look over my shoulder. I didn't have to worry. I didn't even know who he was, and he still drew me in. "So, you were in California before? Why did you move?" Grace Hatfield asked, looking at him. She is our school's college and career advisor. She took me in and adopted me a couple years ago. She even gave me her last name. A saving grace. Why had she invited him here? Why did he come? He turned to her with a smile and a shrug. "Guess I just hadn't found what I was looking for yet." Something about the way he said it, sent a shiver down my spine. Why did I feel like there was so much more meaning behind his words than he was letting on? "Well, I hope you find what you're looking for." Grace said, and he turned to me with a devilish smirk and a mischievous glint in his eyes. "Something tells me that I will."

He once told me no one knows the real him.I didn't think he meant it, and not in a good way. He is a straight A student, and everyone knows it, not to mention he is on the swim team. All that though isn't the real him, the real him hides deep within himself. ---------- "Can you please tell me what that was?" I nearly shout at him. All I get is silence. He keeps his back to me. "Please, I need some explanation." I beg. I stay still as he stops dead in his tracks. His body is tense and it's scarring me. He turns around slowly to face me with his hands at his sides. His eyes meet mine, but there is no spark of any emotion in them. They are cold and dark making me look away not being able to hold his deadly stare. I feel uneasy under his gaze, and i feel his eyes burning a hole in the side of my face. "No, I won't explain because it's not important." He says in a low, almost, growl. I flinch and look back into his eyes. I feel hurt by his words and I don't know why, but I know he sees it in my eyes. His faces flashes with regret but it's quickly covered up with his faces going back to it's hard cold look. I feel my heart stop and my face go pale. His look terrified me making me hold my breath. "Breath." He orders. I start to breathe again and just blink at him. "Now go." He orders me again. I flinch involuntarily at his tone and jump back slightly. "Please don't let me walk home alone." I beg in a quiet voice, looking down at my feet. The next thing I see are his black combat boots right in front of my shoes. I look up into his eyes and he looks down into mine confusion written all over his face. "How come you aren't running yet?" He questions searching my eyes. "I just can't walk home alone, please I'm scared." I hear him chuckle. "You aren't afraid of me? What can possibly be scarier than me?" He asks. "Well, I know you will keep me safe." "Why is that?" He questions raising an eyebrow at me. "You haven't hurt me." "Yet." He mutters, but I roll my eyes.

I guess she felt I was playing for too long cause she kept whining in my ear and poking my face. "Oh my god y/nnnn." She breathed out then dropped her head on my shoulder. I placed a kiss on her cheek and ignored her. I felt her hand start rubbing my collarbone almost like a massage. She went up to my neck then placed her hand on my jaw. She slightly turned my head so she could kiss my jaw but not enough to take my attention away from the game. Her hand started grazing my features on my face lightly touching my jaw, cheek then lips. She placed her thumb on my bottom lip and pulled it down. I looked at her and she was looking at my lips biting hers. I heard a ding from my pocket. I pulled out my phone and read the text. MarcusBev ◾️Slow ya roll champ you still on live I laughed and turned my phone off looking at my back up phone still propped up on the stand. Triggered by Jhené Aiko started playing(my wife🙈). Jalessa's arms wrapped around me tighter and I felt her foot slowly inching toward my crotch. I shot a three and mumbled to Jalessa. "chill out." She hummed and kept going anyway. She rubbed up against me harder and I felt myself twitched and I'm sure she did too. I adjusted the way I was sitting and glanced at the live. I could feel her smiling since her face was tucked in my neck. Her hand dropped and she started palming me, through my pants slowly rubbing. I paused the game ready to risk it all until she nodded to my phone. "Nah keep playing the game" she said with a slight smile.

"Why? Why me?" I said. Why is it my fate that has to be upside down? "You should be happy. Every women will die to be in your place." The jerk in front of me said, smirking. "Well, I am not every women." I snapped. I should never looked at him. "I will make sure that regret bringing me here." I snapped coldly. He looked unfazed. "Are you challenging me?" His voice was masculine. Manly. "Priscilla." He chuckled as he looked at me. I tried to free my hand. The rope was tied very hard. "You were the only women who caught my eyes, baby girl." He said as he placed his hand on my cheek. "My bad luck." I muttered under my breath. "I warned your mother." He continued. "I told her to hide you. I informed her that if I see you again I won't hold back." He whispered. I felt my stomach do somersaults. "Why am I here?" I asked. My voice bold. "You will come to know soon." He replied back. He was way too close. "Aiden." I whispered. He was staring right into my eyes. "I am sorry." He apolozised. I looked at him confused.
