Firstly why not? It's fun. Secondly the first has so many views and had no planning or firm plot to go off of, so I've decided to rewrite how it probably would have gone if I had planned, and had more experience in writing.
The name change us due to me trying to slightly part this book from the original, since it is straying a bit from some of those original ideas.

Deceit is unpopular in highschool, as others find him ugly with his snake-like burn, he is depressed and self harms, he has a crush on one of the most popular kids, Logan, they meet in a class and try to become friends, but Logan's friends, Patton, Roman, Virgil, try to push them further apart. Edit- 06/02/21 this was one of the first things I tried to properly write, it isn't that great but it does show how much I've improved and I find that cool now that I've gotten over most of my embarrassment about it. (Also I'm not editing anything this thing is beyond saving anyway-)

This is based on a role play I did in a Sanders Sides fan group. It is also inspired by the show Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts and a podfic called The Selfish Protector by DragonSaphira Reads. Anyway synopsis: Janus wasn't sure where it had all gone wrong. Everything had been going so well. He'd been getting along better with the ligh- 'other' sides, Roman and Virgil had definitely seemed to be getting used to his presence in videos, and they'd even been inviting him to join in on their famILY traditions. Where had it gone wrong? His snake half. Janus had noticed that he'd been adopting more reptilian traits. Shedding? Fine. A few extra scales? Easy to hide... mostly. But it's become more and more prominent and more and more painful and frustrating to deal with. Janus won't ask for help, fearing the others might start to not trust him again and undo everything he'd worked for. How will this go? Logan, Roman, Patton, Virgil, Remus, and Janus belong to Thomas Sanders. I don't know what ships will be in this or if there even will be any, but I'm assuming I'll end up adding either Moceit, Loceit, or Roceit. Patton tries to keep his smile but being back at the school doesn't make anything easier. Virgil...he's terrified of everything and everyone. Janus, he's still terrified of bugs. Will things get better or worsen? ❗️this has not been edited and there are a lot of plot holes in this series so if yah notice something feel free to comment about it so I can possibly fix when I finally go about doing so! It's a mess of a series so just good luck❗️ ❗️Also while yes Remus is accepted into their lives again; I did not mean to offend anyone by giving him a redemption arc or anything.
