A Doki Doki Life is a story based on Doki Doki Literature Club, without the murder- It will still have the dark themes of masochism, depression, abuse, and intrusive suicidal thoughts, along with feeling separated from others. At the beginning of each chapter I'll leave any trigger warnings at the beginning of chapters.

Also, please don't mind the cringey writing-

The original story this is based on is the game Doki Doki Literature Club, please support the original developers. Last I was aware, they were unable to monetize their own music as YouTube didn't believe they had made it. 
Also, keep in mind that DDLC deals with many dark subjects, such as depression, insanity, suicide, obsession, abuse and self harm. If any of that is sensitive subjects, please do not watch or play the game.

Whenever I look for Girlfriend Scenarios or Oneshots for DDLC I always find: xF!Reader or character x character. (I know there are some x Male reader or oc ones but there are VERY few.) I am in no way saying I hate it or it's a bad thing but I really want to see more on the male side but then I thought "Why not just make one?" Extra Lore: - Although this is a ddlc theme story, none of the girls are actually in the literature club. This is just a highschool love story skit system. - For each girl there is a different male partner (boyfriend) with different attributes and personality to better fit a relationship status. !! These are skits and scenarios of each Doki if they were your girlfriend, character is not a self insert and is a male character!! This story will sorta follow part of ddlc mostley with Sayori being your best friend, Natsuki's abusive dad, Monika being popular, Yuri and her self harm and maybe other stuff but I dont know yet. Because I have no ideas for this story yet, here are some TW you should probably watch out for: Suicide, Self harm, Abuse, Alcohol (Idk if thats how u spell it), and maybeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee a little bit of Just Monika? (aka someone might get murdered or I might play around with monika :)) And also I do not own Ddlc but there are some quotes from the game in here. Started: December 23 2020 Finished: Febuary 23 2021 I wasn't able to put as much in here as I wanted so that sucks but the story we have is pretty good I'd give it a 7/10 you should read it if anyone's reading this description.

*Finished but busy rewriting/editing. Keep in mind that some parts may have odd and inconsistent writing due to the fact they were done years ago, so now I'm just making them better and more readable (if I actually had the motivation to fix it).* A better description is simply put it like this: I relate to Yuri in many ways. I wrote this during a time that I wanted to start writing stories but the only outlet was wattpad aside from the drafts I'd only create in school. Now as I turn 17 I look back and notice how high my expectations and ideas were for this story after growing up with "Yuri" for so many years, and my my, the ambitions were definitely not to the levels I wished to reach. However, I am proud (and disappointed) with how some parts of the story turned out and I'm glad to have a fanfic rated highly within the ddlc charts!
