This is a story of a cyberpunk revolution. But we do not follow the revolutionary. Cellia Sunway is only 16 years old when her mother commits an unforgivable act. In the futuristic dystopian city of Ebscido, where prosthetics are banned from the upper class regions of the city, the lower class find themselves cut off from the rest, and plunged into a terrible blackout. When Bella learns the truth of her mother leaving and when she gets to the lowest point in her life, his faith in her strength leads her to believe there's a world that doesn't revolve around her.
