'I can't breathe! what is this feeling? My insides are burning like it's a fire inside!

Somebody! help please!

I can't take it no more!

Is there no one here?'

Those were the words that Isekai uttered desperately while gasping for air. The poison was burning her organs that she could hardly breathe. Every trial for air was like being tortured inside. She want water to ease the pain inside her although she knew that it would have no effect at all.

'Today's my special day, my 18th birthday! why there was nobody in here?'

Her whole body was trembling, she couldn't take it anymore. She want cold water but there was none drinkable. Her lips were shaking and her knees were giving in. She must still go on. She couldn't pass out in here where no one was around. She would surely die.

'Help please' she whispered where she was the only one who can hear.

Dizziness was succumbing her consciousness. For a final attempt she walked on the wooden floor beside the huge pool. The dazzling lights reflected by the water enticed her to it. It is a water, maybe it could ease this pain even a little.

One step

Two steps

Three steps...

She was closer to this pool water than any nearby area.

Stupid knee! stop wobbling!

At her last step a hot red liquid started to gush from her mouth down to her beautiful sky colored dress.

Was she this hungry for something that her saliva starts to flow down voluntarily like a stream? but why it felt so sticky?

She was mistaken it was a blood.

'Is this my final moment? Why no ones around?'

She look up in the sky as the cold wind swayed her loosen hair.

In their terrace there was someone looking at her. It was someone she knew very well... or so she thought.

While blood was all over her, the emotionless eyes of this guy never budged. In her blurring eyes she saw him smirk at her.

She stepped back and her heels caught the very edge of the pool.

Her body has started to fall back into the water.
