One year already passed since you arrived in hell and with no memory of your previous life. The only detail left to you is, that you saved many people's lives during your time on earth. So how come you landed in hell? 
It seemed like you already lost hope in finding it out, until you happened to witness Charlie giving an Interview about her project, in rehabilitation sinners. You don't know why but suddenly a strong feeling pulled your attention towards the hotel. Will the Hazbin Hotel be a blessing or a curse in disguise, you got to risk it and maybe you'll find even more than you've lost?
