Bakugou is a rich snob.
He meets up with a wealthy businessman, Todoroki, to discuss buying property together.
Bakugou and Todoroki have went to Highschool together.
Midoriya's mother has fallen into debt. After recommendation, he's built up the courage of the choice of becoming a stripper.
He needs to pay off his mother's debt and his college funds.
As a boy's night out, Todoroki and Bakugou stumble apon a strip club, which is where they met none other than the Izuku Midoriya himself.

Especially since everyone else seemed to want the cheery green-haired, clumsy idiot. With these strange new feelings, Bakugo has discovered that he feels no resentment towards the boy he grew up with. Instead, he wants to pull Midoriya closer, hide him away and protect him.
