Built by the immunes, away from the diseased; a group of sanctuaries in the air. Novacaeli, a five settlement nation lies just above Down. Born from the ruins of the Great Plague it harbours the immunes, the genetically blessed and all of their toys.
The immunes left the diseased with the promise to find a cure and welcome those who escaped the clutches of the Plague into their sanctuaries. But no one from Down has ever set foot in Novacaeli, or even heard from the ones who promised to save them.
With the remnants of the Plague slowly working its way through the population, the people of Down fear the inevitable; the Wipe Out. The only way to to prevent it? Harnessing the immunes' greatest invention, their favourite toy.

This story is an outcome of a drastically declining future. When humanity was completely lost and there was no one left on Earth taking care for it or others. Humans have become soo busy in their own lives that they have completely forgotten about others and even other lives on Earth. So many species are now extinct because of them and even though life is almost over we still not able to see the right thing. 100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment.
