Opal Everfrom, a lost princess from Mounu, was raised alone without any human contact, and without any knowledge of her past. Due to being blind, making friends was a rare luxury, until she meets Iris, Talia and Auriana, three magical princesses from Ephedia who help her uncover lost memories and mysteries.

As she slowly starts discovering her planet and kingdoms, she must fight and collect as many Mounu gems as she can to release her planet from Lord Gramorr. 

As her life begins to change rapidly, Opal must navigate through her new world of friends, foes, and love for the one person she is supposed to hate; Lord Gramorr's accomplice, Mephisto.

Eris (a princess that physically looks like Princess Iris) was created by Gramorr from Timeline "M" using Iris DNA from the said timeline and magical abilities but redeemed herself by joining the group as an ally and also known as "Princess of Ephiris" (Ephiris is a new planet replacing Ephedia in Timeline M after Ephedia was destroyed by Gramorr using an artifact) , Unlike the Ephidian princesses, Eris casts Diamond magic (something unique about Ephiris) Short Story: In the timeline "M," Gramorr, the evil wizard, kidnapped Princess Iris and sampled her DNA and magic to create Eris, hopefully to help him take over Ephedia However during a confrontation with the Quintet (From the "M" timeline) Iris persuaded her in a dire situation that if she's truly like her, she should easily overcome her dark side which prompted Eris to get rid of her dark side and fight alongside the Quintet. During the final fight against Gramorr in Ephedia which the girls had the upper hand against the villain, Gramorr used a banned forbidden Ephedian artifact (Known as the Stone of Apocalia) that Eris stole a while ago and unleashed it , making the whole planet explode. However, Eris managed to escape the awful apocalyptic explosion. By using an artifact, she also stole called the "Vanderstock" Medallion, which can make the user travel in another timeline or dimensions. Iris Theren has grown up in a small town near the Niam River her entire life. Composed of under 200 people, you'd think residents would know who she was, but her parents have made that impossible, going so far as to not even report her birth when it occurred twenty-three years ago. Cetus and Cassiopeia Theren at one point imagined themselves to be esteemed members of the court, but they overheard whispered questions regarding their loyalties to the crown. Thus, they left Remalna-city years before Iris was born. Their resentment and dislike of the Renselaeus family traveled with them. In their minds, it was the Renselaeuses who caused their fall from "grace" and "good-standing." Only a minor detail that no one truly liked them in the first place. From the moment they left Remalna-city--from the moment Vidanric Renselaeus ascended to the throne with his wife, Meliara Astiar, at his side--they quietly plotted their revenge. Alaraec Renselaeus, firstborn of Mel and Danric and crown prince of Remalna, has now seen twenty-four name days. The exact year the prince is traditionally determined to be old enough to take up some of his royal duties...including finding a potential bride. And thus Cetus and Cassie perceive the moment to strike has finally arrived. NOTE: The setting, history, a couple of the characters, and some of the concepts in this particular story are inspired by Sherwood Smith's novels Crown Duel and Court Duel. One Day More (working title) occurs twenty-five years AFTER the conclusion of Court Duel, basically an alternate future outside of Smith's Remalna's Children novellas.
