After Venom Snake embarks on a mission to Zanzibar to liberate a small village being held hostage by a mysterious new terrorist group, Venom Snake returns to Mother Base changed, different, silent. Shortly thereafter he makes several trips back and forth between Mother Base and Zanzibar without any inclination as to why. Kazuhira Miller being suspicious, follows Venom Snake to Zanzibar to find something very odd, strange, peculiar at best. What does he find and why has it changed him? Just what is Snake doing?
