You might be wondering why I named this book \backslash, why the \? what's your inspiration? And the answer is - There is no reason. I just thought the name with the sign at the beginning was cool so I did it. This was a collection of poems that had no correlation to one another in the start but as time went on and the book evolved; I had implemented a continuum to the last 7 stories as well as categorize and correlate all the poems in order, thus giving meaning to the collection; the name which had no meaning became significant in its own creation, giving itself value from its null beginning.All Rights Reserved

Welcome to this little book! This is gonna be some of my better small works - poetry and short stories, for the most part, with the occasional dream that I actually end up remembering mixed in. So, sit back, relax, and prepare for a bit of angst! MINI-SERIES Some of these are differentiated by a marker in their title or, in a very particular case, through a certain sign-off. I wanted to take a sec to explain the idea behind them, and let you guys know that I'll (eventually) be publishing them as actual, proper books! Asylum: Whenever I'm in the hospital or a mental facility, I get bored and write! I thought it would be fascinating to see all the work I make in a "damaged" state collected together. Unsent Letters: If I have something to say to someone but I can't for whatever reason, I'll write a letter to the person. Maybe it's angry, or sad, or an update, or just a much-needed, long-awaited hello. And the hope is that I'll publish it and maybe, someday, someone will pick my book up off a shelf and find that letter I write to them. Would sending them a letter be more effective? Yes. This book has a bunch of poems that have bits and pieces of my life in them. I write whatever comes to mind, and it usually makes sense. But everything has a hidden meaning. Of course, some of it is random, but it all comes together (plus I like to have fun). Every time I write a new poem I put it in order with the other poems- I have my book written in a specific order with different topics clustered together. The beginning is more sad, written with poems about tragedy, lost love, and mental illness. Towards the middle there are some poems that focus more on make believe. Further into the book the topics lean mostly into feelings of romance and belonging. I hope you enjoy all that I have written in this book (or at least some of it!).

please don't read this (i laugh here, but i'm not joking). this is a relic. consider this the museum of my progression in writing. you can find the better (marginally) stuff from this one in "Poems (collection 2.0)". Throughout my life, words have been everything. I write with them to ease my own mind and also use them to comfort others. The title is very much reflective of the time during which I wrote these. Hazyfantazy, a nickname given to me by friends at the time, seemed important to include in the title, as it highlighted a time in my life where writing was a great solace and also a joy and whilst in some ways I feel I have very much outgrown her, as I have the friends who originated the name, she made me who I am today. I decided to put all of these together in one place, as felt they worked best as a collective and also so that I can revisit them from time to time. I originally intended to add to them, however after reading them and revisiting a lot of memories, it became apparent that anything I write from this day forth, would feel like they were written by a different me. I think I would be better starting a new journey with anything new that I write. Some of the pieces are personal and very reflective of the anxiety issues and panic attacks that plagued my late 20's and early 30's. Others are very much fictional written in the style of personal experience. To anyone who takes the time to read any of my poems, I thank you. Your time is precious and I appreciate any that's given and if you hit the little vote button too, you have my everlasting gratitude ❤️. I am looking forward to writing, for the first time in a long time and for now bid farewell to Hazyfantazy, you were one hell of a rollercoaster ride.

She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order. (Poems, collection 1.0) the best of my poems I've written during the years 2017-2021, (all from the original Poems book), revised, edited, and occasionally renamed - and when I say best, I don't mean good, so... go read my other poetry - the ones with actual titles. cataclysmic is comprised of poems inspired by (but generally drastically different from) the poems from this collection. there's a fair bit of rhyming in this one though, and it's not too bad - if you're into that.

My collection of poems in the past three years which leads to character development. Realistic incidents, illusionary love, hardships, it's quite a journey. Some say I'm unique and some say I'm Raw. Some say my work is relatable and some feel they can relate. That's crazy though, makes me want to be heard. I was quiet as feathers basically my whole life, closed up, antisocial, lost. Until I started writing. Although, I didn't open my mouth, I was even louder than before. Excuse me, I am louder!

This book has reminders, poetry, tips and tricks, quotes, texts about meaning with life, happy moment and even sad moments. A little bit of everything life can throw at you. I have no filter to this book. Which means it's raw and genuine, and that is the goal. (You don't necessarily have to read from start to finish) If you for an example have a bad day, I have a chapter for you about seeing it thru a different perspective than what people normally tell you. Or if you feel like you want to know what happiness is or feels like, I have different definition of that in different chapters for you my dear! (And many more chapters, about everything you could think of) And maybe you know all of this already, and it glads me to hear.
