Monkey D Kai was born in the land of Want along with a girl named Yamato. They both were mistreated alot as they wanted be free. One day they managed to escape from captivity. They sneaked into a marine ship and meet Monkey D Garp the hero of the Marines. He takes them in as his grand kids and let's them live with his grandsons Luffy and Ace. Luffy wants them to join his crew in the future on his journey to become King of the Pirates. They agreed on the condition they go take on Kaido. With that they all go on an adventure that will take the world by strom.

At first she thought they would be like the pirate's she encountered before but they're different, because of their captain. Monkey D Luffy, a young lad who dream to be the pirate king and be free, makes Jen want to be on his side and help him achieve that dream.
