Keeta was born at the beginning of the Middle Kingdom of Egypt. She was the only daughter of a nobleman that barely made it through. When she turned sixteen years old, her parents gave her to the temples so that maybe one day she could become a powerful priestess and bring good fortune to their family. Keeta didn't mind. Four years into her studies she was noticed by a young man. It was different for her. Never before had any man taken notice of her. He showered her with gifts and rare desert flowers. She wondered why he was so persistent about her even though she was training to become a priestess.
Then God Set killed his brother Osiris and his brother's son Horus was out for revenge. Chaos reined down on the mortal plains. The Goddess Isis protected those within her temple the best she could but some worshippers perished due to Set's wrath. All save her.
The man that had such affection towards her returned just before the final battle. With everything happening, Keeta didn't realize that the man was actually Set until Isis appeared after he kissed her and revealed him. Isis felt Keeta betrayed her by sleeping with the man who killed her husband. Before Set could stop her, Isis branded Keeta with the Symbol of Eternal Life cursing her. After, Horus banned Set to the Red Desert and for over a century that's where he remained. Keeta walked amongst the mortals and watched as they all perished as she remained the same. It wasn't until after Set was free of the desert did the truth finally come out and by then it was too late. Isis couldn't reverse the curse.
Isis then gifted her with an Anubis pup. Amis, the grandson of Set. He aged the same as any God but preferred the look of a pup unless Keeta was in trouble. Then he took on the look of his father along with the powers that came with his full grown self. When he wasn't protecting Keeta, he was often found on his cushy pillow dreaming of sweet donuts.

"Maybe she never did," I walk away, not sparing a single glance back, no matter how much my body was begging me to. I fuss over my hair, pouting as I run my fingers through it to put it back into place. *A warning note* I am not an expert on Greek Mythology, but it interests me greatly. Please excuse any inaccuracies in the book, but if there are any please do message or comment it and I will see if I can change it without making such a huge difference to the plot. Also, my main character is autistic and the experience will be different for everyone. I have tried my hardest to put down on paper how I feel and how I believe others see me. So, please be respectful about the decisions my characters make as I have chosen to give them many different types of neurodivergent brains. Rumored to fight like real monsters by ripping throats with sharp fangs, slicing to shreds with claws like daggers, and wielding the elements like gods in human form, this legendary race was believe to be naught but myth. The Drakonis. With their name akin to the mighty beasts of wing and scale, they fought with an unparalleled ferocity eagerly sought for by armies and empires. They were a deeply religious and strict society with laws that prevented outsiders from mingling to keep their bloodlines pure. As such their numbers began to dwindle and, with the ever growing demand for Drakonis and Fatalis slaves, their species became endangered. They could not be bred to produce more because each Drakonis can only choose one mate and can only have children with that one mate for the rest of their lives. If one mate was to die, then the other would feel like they had lost half their soul, but gaining a mate unlocks a Drakonis' full potential so not choosing a mate is like a bird never learning to fly. Purposeless. With their people hunted and lands razed, the mighty Drakonis faded into legend and their truths became gossip and the gossip became bedtime stories for children who wonder about adventure and travel. But there was one who hid her true identity, one who played human but always remembered her pride and home from whence she came. She took it upon herself to rebuild an empire for her people; one where they would not be threatened with extinction and isolation. With how easy they lost their minds after losing their erasthasis, it was best they didn't have one. No one wanted a powerful lycan to go wild and wipe out an entire population, just because their soulmate died. It indeed was why they didn't get one too often. In fact, one could stay for a thousand years and not hear of a lycan finding a mate. They usually just fall in love and get married or get married without love. The king was the strongest like I read. If him losing his mate would turn him against the entire population of living creatures, then maybe it is my duty to protect her. "Kiss me." He whispers. "I-I don't know how...I've never done this before." I frantically whisper and tilt my head. My nose slightly brushes against his, and all of my instincts tell me to dive into him with the most passionate kiss I could create. I wanted to be closer, and feel every part of him against me. "Can I kiss you?" He asks through an intoxicating whisper. His lips teasingly hover over mine, and without thinking I finally press my lips against his. His lips matched mine perfectly like a puzzle, and I wrap my arms around his neck to pull him closer. His hands trail up my back, and the euphoric bursts of pleasure take my senses into over drive. He starts to part his lips, and his tongue slowly enters through my lips to play with mine. He tastes of sweet wine, and I feel my hands sliding up to grip his hair. I let out a slight moan into his lips, and my breath grows heavy. We part for a gasp of air before meeting back with more of my muffled moans. A faint thud-like sound catches my attention, and I start to pull away to see what made the sound. My lips retreat, and I take a faint breath before clearing my mind to think logically. As I pull away, his lips simply continue to kiss my chin and down my cheek. Another gasp slips from my lips, and this one echos through the hall. "I..I think...I...I heard something." I whisper as quietly as possible. He lightly pulls away to take a small breath before smiling. "I didn't hear anything. It's nothing." He pushes aside.... During the ancient times of Greece, lives the daughter of Demeter, Persephone. All her life has been sheltered from the mortal and immortal world. That was what she heard in the court , battlefield and among soldiers but what she heard in the castle between the women was always about his body , face and attitude. While her name was rolling through the ocean and desert in summer and winter , the princess named after the moon broke hearts , known to look like aphrodite , fight like athena hunt like artemis and rule like zeus and hera. She is the creature fate created to look like a fallen angel and to rule heaven and hell . The young princess with silver eyes and golden brown hair broke every law , she fighted and ruled . She is what every man wants but couldn't get . Guarded by demons in the shape of guards and chains holding the power of light . This was what the prince heard about her , a girl looking like the angels but holding the power of death . Men couldn't stop talking about her beauty and body , but the prince wasn't that blind , he could see how the men had some sort of fear . The both royalitis were known to be strong and powerful .
