All of the Shattered Souls' bodies were rekindled by a mysterious amalgamation by the name of Null. 

Null was the brother of Entity 303, and much like the Shattered Souls, hated him more than anything.

So Null brought them back, and gave them the world now known as the Limbo Dimension as their home world, they were ready to deliver a nice cold plate of revenge to Entity 303 when he returned.
