Vegeta wants nothing to do with the ceremony, saying that having a mate will take away from his training time. Ash's journey in this fanfic is very similar with the exception of every pokemon will be randomized, how will he do, what will be his starter instead of Pikachu. Though legendaries will not, and gym leaders will have the same type Pokemon they should.
