Smooth Criminal (La Squadra x Reader)

Y/n, the younger of a pair of fraternal twins, experienced a change in her life after the passing of a loved one. Her family dove headfirst into poverty, forcing her to drop out of university and take on several jobs. One day, however, she was offered a job opportunity by a man who claimed to be a member of the notorious Neapolitan mafia, Passione. After three years of service, her boss demoted her, causing her to resent him and work with the hitman team, La Squadra Esecuzioni, to defeat him.

As they progress, y/n ends up unintentionally feeling emotions that she'd suppressed since the death of her family member.

Some chapters are split into two parts if they're a bit long or one half has TWs. I wrote some characters' appearances based on the manga so try not to get confused by that. There are a few original characters I created to change up the plot a little bit. This description sucks, I know, but I hope the story can make up for it!
