Wren Everly Mills, daughter of Ali Mills, decides to leave her life behind in Colorado and surprise her godfather, Johnny Lawrence, at his apartment in California, she hopes she is met with open arms and plenty of sunshine. What she doesn't expect is to fall in love with karate while training at Cobra Kai, nor did she expect to actually fall in love with a kid who actually calls himself Hawk.

This is a cobra Kai AU, where Ali and Johnny kept in touch their whole lives, Kreese leaves when he's actually supposed to, the kids are in junior year, and there is still a less violent, but very real rivalry between Miyagi-do and Cobra Kai.
