Astra Rogers is Steve Rogers' daughter, forced to live on the Isle of Maros after HYDRA took over the world. The only surviving hero, Astra wants nothing more than a family. When she is taken by HYDRA and raised as a Arashikage HYDRA agent, she beings to turn evil just as her master, the Red Skull. But after she finds out that she is the last Dragon Keeper and that her father is not in fact, the Red Skull, she must face her duty. But will she be able to take on her true father's mission and save what's left of the world?
