In an aging universe, the last remnants of civilization cling to life in a galaxy that is nearing its dying breath. To save the citizens of the Galaxy, the organization known as the Galactic Artillery( which is responsible for the protection and safeguarding of all Galactic civilization) launches a secret mission to invert the inevitable fate of their universe. Code named Project Perennial, its members set out to do the impossible; find a way to cheat the death of a universe and save history from its end. The events of these are chronicled here.
