How I feel about the whole baggy pants situation is that it used to be popular back then, nowadays the baggy pants look is played out and it gots to go in my opinion. The whole baggy pants look draws attention to you, People would perceive you as a gang member, and it's a negative image all rolled into one. Mostly nowadays you will see the younger adults that will still wear the baggy pants with there boxers showing because to them it's a way of expressing themselves and they see nothing wrong with it, However while these young adults still rock there pants with there boxers hanging out some states have enforced a law due to its high rate of gang related activities, and crime. Also people that wear baggy pants seem to have no structure, and they just don't seem to care.
