This Fanfiction is centred around Hitoshi Shinsou and Izuku Midoriya, both being the age of 22.
These two males are vigilantes working Under their own terms and rules often frowned upon in their society.
Although Izuku also works for a secret agency Hitoshi finds soon enough.
Hitoshi and Izuku meet when both have the same « Target » and soon enough this would bring them to bump into one another more then they'd realised.
Izuku then needs Hitoshis help. Will he help him?

All Midoriya wanted was to visit his mother for the weekend. Instead he's kidnapped by one of the most prominent villain groups in Japan, and they go by the name League of Villains. Back at UA, Shinso is finally going on his first hero mission as an apprentice to the one and only pro hero Eraserhead. There's just one problem. His first mission is to rescue a student that's in the hero class he's been trying so hard to get into. The boy he once looked up to, who shone so bright he seemed nearly untouchable, is now reduced to a vulnerable, traumatized teen that he's been tasked with taking care of. WARNING: In this fic some of the characters have a lot of trauma, and there will be some graphic chapters towards the beginning, though I tried to keep it to a minimum. There will be mentions of SA, psychological and physical abuse. I put warnings at beginnings of chapters, as well as the specific part of the chapter that may be triggering, when applicable. ...What makes them all heroes? What makes the villains actually villains? In the end, everyone commits violent actions, but the heroes are praised while the villains are suspected of the worst. The teens that bully people but have a goal to become a hero, the villains who wanted to be good and tried but were treated like vile beings, only leading them further down the wrong path. There is no good in the world, only black and white.. Midoriya Izuku has been a vigilante since a young age. After around 5 when he started loosing the emotions people would feel everyday he found that the only time he actually felt emotion was when he was in fights with his peers. When he found out he was quirkless, everything turned black and white for him. On the way back from the doctors office the Midoriya family got into a car reck. Both parents died and before the ambulances or paramedics came, Izuku ran. From that moment forward he trained himself physically and emotionally, he could take a bullet wound like a hit, he barely felt anything. By the time he was 14 he was the world's most well known vigilante but no one knew what he looked like, he was that good.
