David Charleston has gone through torment. That's it. Sure, he hasn't fallen to Tartarus or turn into a monster that killed his grandfather- scratch that. He did turn into a monster. Just not an ugly one. He turned into the thing, that killed his father, an epic. But no, not just any epic. Turns out Calamity was feeling good today because he got the exact powers of Steelheart, the epic who killed his male parent. After so long of torment and grief, the legendary "Steelslayer" can live with his father in a different dimension, and the world is back to normal. Great, right? Used to be. But when Calamity and his little friend gets back from grabbing the milk, the legendary Steelslayer questions his own humanity.
