Has been made illegal the only androids are command droids which function under certain rules and are not considered alive. The world is in a state of world peace but also mass chaos, the only things that matter in this future world are sex and money. Their us an elite force formally known as the FBI now known as UFD. The higher levels of the cities are for the wealthy the lower levels are for the poor. Mass chaos and violence run rampant in the lower levels the UFD try to maintain the peace but with so much going things tend to slip through. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized. It is extremely rare, and most people born with the defect are made aware of their powers at a young age due to their powers erupting, forcing most to go into hiding to avoid being experimented on by the government. Those who do not hide, die. The government hasn't been able to get their hands on a mutated being, mainly due to a secret organisation aiding in the hiding and training of those individuals. This same organisation has gone to deadly lengths just to make sure the government has little to no information about their powers. People with powers and this organisation are viewed as an old wives tale by the rest of the world, made up to gain traction. The world will soon know how real it truly is.
