Remus Lupin, left with nothing. He lost every little thing he cared about and was completely off the rails, until someone saved him. Harry Potter, a little shadow of the light that Remus once had, saved him but in reality they saved each other.
When all was lost Remus found a small source of happiness in the child he sought to look after, all was well until the past began to resurface and the man he once loved returned. The man he once loved yet was forced into hating was proven innocent and now in the shadows of darkness Remus Lupin found the light.
