Benjamin Jones has had a pretty shitty life, he didn't have anyone to talk to aside from his best friend Xander, and a few acquaintances, he didn't have the best home which led to him coming to school with bruises and scrapes, his only. Scapegoat was his best friend Xander.

Living alone, he turns to his passion for art as a way to let his emotions out, but sometimes that proves to not be enough. Sam Larson is a sixteen-year-old closeted gay guy who, after receiving the news of his mother's death, winds up making Jace's life hell as a way of venting his grief. He lives with his twin brother, who is essentially his polar opposite. Sam secretly hates all of his "friends" except for one. Kizuato Larson is Sam's twin brother. Being kind of a recluse, he's a quiet person who is very distant and removed from his sibling. Ever since the twins' dad left when they were seven, Kizuato has been more reserved and less willing to trust people. He hates people who bully others for things that can't be changed- such as sexual orientation or race- especially after having experienced it himself for being asexual/aromantic.
