The stars have settled, but the winds are just picking up.

Kael Galtionie thought he had left his life as Uterca's golden prince behind, but when his mother falls ill, things swiftly take an unexpected turn. With an impending contest between Kael and Nona for the crown - a crown which Kael no longer desires - it is of little luck that another unnatural storm is brewing.

Everyone knows there's no wind in space. So when gales start causing havoc in the cities, Kael and Amara Lee need little prompting to respond. Another weapon of mass destruction has been constructed, and it is only a matter of time before Kael and the Rapid's crew find themselves tangled in a deadly game of politics and hide-and-seek.

In the second instalment of the Natural Space Trilogy, Kael must balance his mother's wishes, personal feelings, and the blaster which he desperately needs to fire to survive.

❖ Interstellar pilot and ex-adventurer Alex Gallegos must keep their team safe on an icy moon as sentient storms threaten to repeat the tragedy that ended their last career. ❖ Everyone in the United Inhabited Solar Systems (for some reason, UIS for short) knows to stay away from Mahaha. The icy moon is notorious for failed probe landings and research missions that end in tragedy: the only people to ever venture to its surface needed rescuing after just two weeks. When a prestigious research group decides they want a turn, they ask Alex Gallegos to lead the team. Perfectly qualified and haunted by their past, Alex accepts, hoping to make up for old mistakes and get just a little further from the earth they've left behind. Two months into the seven-month mission, the team is struggling with discontent, damaged equipment, and blizzards acting less and less like normal weather. As Mahaha moves out of range of help and the storms take on a more malicious character, Alex must face the one foe they could never have prepared for. Mahaha may or may not be alive. ❖❖❖ Complete. Wattys 2021 Shortlister. Standalone sequel (Rocks Can Dance) coming in 2023. Comments and critiques are both welcome and appreciated. I write characters from many different backgrounds, with many different experiences. If you share those traits and find that I have misrepresented anything, please let me know! COMPLETE TRILOGY πŸ†Wattys Award book 1 in portuguese version. Governing Idea: We will become them and then, they will become us. Making the course of Astronomy, he feels better among gaseous bodies, supernova stars and black holes, dreaming in one day to unravel the great enigmas of the Universe. Until a mysterious girl enters the classroom. And Nicholas discovers, excited, that he finds his own star. Zara is her name, the one whose hair looks like rays of sun, the only one capable of wringing the air - and the voice - of the young protagonist of this story. And, against all possibilities, something arises between then. But do not think that this is a teenage romance like so many that you have read, because Zara, contrary to what NΓcolas thinks, is not what it seems. Coming from an unknown galaxy, she has a mission: To attract Nicholas and take him to her planet, alive. At any cost. The success of her mission depends not only on her future, but on everything she believes in ... including the future of humanity. When the truth appears, Nicholas is wrapped in a web of lies and intrigue that goes beyond everything he dreamed of. (2013) All Rights Reserved - Eda-Bn and CBL.
