Twila was five when Della left. She thought her mom was out saving the world - and instead she was running from it. Stuck back on Earth, Twila has helped her Uncle Donald raise her brothers, wondering when Della will come home...if ever.

Ten years after the incident, Donald, looking for a job, parks the house boat in Duckburg. Twila hasn't been here in a long time - and she cannot wait to see the city again. But...Nothing is like she remembers. The pilot game she used to play with her mom is gone, no one claims to remember any Della Duck - and things just seem to be...less fun. Maybe things will brighten for Twila when she and her brothers go adventuring together with Uncle Scrooge.
