Coincidence?

I was seeing this guy for around four months. And he was that guy I have been hoping to meet. Therefore, I fell head over heels with him. But it couldn't work because of the distance. It was just so difficult.
A month and a half month ago I was sobbing because he crossed my mind. I think the reason I was crying because I never told him how he made me feel, how he gave a huge impact on me, etc.
At the same time I was crying though, he was actually in a terrible accident and he went into a coma from what I understood. Coincidence?

Aku pernah dekat sama orang sekitar empat bulan. Dan dia adalah sosok yang selama ini aku nantikan. Sehingga aku begitu jatuh cinta. Tapi harus kandas karena jarak. Tiba2 1,5 bulan lalu aku galau keingat dia, sampai nangis. Ternyata di saat itu dia kecelakaan & coma. Kebetulan?
