In Milan, Italy, Zachary Foreman wakes up in a psychiatric ward from a coma and has been told that he has generalized dissociative amnesia. Meaning Zach can't seem to remember who he is and has no recollection of his memories but has the feeling that he's being watched in the ward by someone who does. As the days fly by, rumors of a notorious slasher couple who had been silent for years and never caught have started to be active once again and are around the area where Zach's residing. The police visit the ward and ask questions, having suspicions that this is all Zach's fault due to some injustice he must've committed against them that has caught the couple's attention to strike. But how can he be guilty if he has no memory of who he is or what he has done? Unless maybe he's not so innocent after all.
