Enji had cut off his parents a long time ago. Finally pulled out of a dissociative state, he starts to age-regress to help with his high stress levels and get the childhood that he never got to have. Fuyumi is looking for a therapist who will actually treat Enji fairly, Shoto is dealing with a gay panic, Natsuo is trying to keep everyone alive, and Dabi is the chaotic nonbinary gay person.
A surprise visit from Enji's life-giver is not welcome by Enji, but with his new little sibling in danger, he forces himself to stay big, and get his sister out of Teka's control.
