Consider me as one of those detective's out there. Solving crimes,cases,etc. well you got that all wrong shuck-face,think again. I'm the type of detective far from normal. Very far from any normal detective's life out there.

At the age of ten, Xander Ethane would dream of stepping out of his room someday and see the world with his own eyes, with a wealthy family and all but no.  He was caged up like an animal inside their house, never stepping out, never seeing the world, his life was miserable. He hated how his parents kept him inside the manor all the time, leaving him and his butler alone. He's only choice was  to make a move. to escape the hell hole.  or else his ranging curiosity to see the world would be unstoppable.All Rights Reserved

Let's get one thing straight here, I'm not a hero (I totally am, but I hear that these days being modest is in fashion or something, so I don't know man). I never planned on being a hero. The officiant started, greeting the room full of all my family, all of David's family. Going through the first reading easily. The world started to go in slow motion as Verity moved behind me a flicker in the corner of my vision. "David, I can't hide anymore." He said. As David's eyes went from me, to Verity, filled with concern. David looked over my head at Verity while he was holding my hands in his. I heard the crowd gasp, before everyone started to whisper. David dropped my hands. The whispers increased in intensity. Making the room sound like it was full of hissing snakes. David's attention wasn't anywhere near me. I looked up to see him looking over my head at my brother. With a look I had thought he had saved just for me, my heart breaking as my fairy tale became a nightmare. Part 2 also complete July 2023.

His body tensed; it was as if he could sense my attraction the instant I felt it. "I'm sorry." I said looking away as I realized I had been starring. "It isn't anything to be embarrassed about. It's an animal instinct. It's natural. Humans only suppress it because they think it's rude. It isn't." He didn't say it like he was bragging but instead with a reassuring confidence about him. "It's actually extremely attracting when a female shows arousal outright." I was shocked; he described me like a lioness in heat. Almost as if my attraction to him was a sign saying 'come get me.' It made me extremely uncomfortable.

Another ordinary day. That's what I thought. Boring and normal. Until everything was flipped upside down. Kidnapped, tested on, and then set into a new city I've never seen with no clue what was happening, or why. Then my supposed dream reached into the realms of possibility. I could be a hero. She can't say 'no' to practically anything. Xander, dark brown hair and green electrifying eyes. He's been through it all. Now living on the street, feeling nothing but hopeless because of bad turn of events even he can't explain.= They meet of course. Lucero thinks its only temporary, but she'll see that she is about to experience the Unexpected. ( Currently going through some editing because I wrote this when I was younger and didn't realize that I wrote some really cliche things. No big changes just some small editing. )

"Vixen!" He growled behind us. The sound of roaring engines deafened me. I could barely hear anything. We jumped down the steps and onto the pavement below. I looked back and saw Max just jump down the whole flight. Without hesitation too. The Doctor pulled me across the lot, "Vixen!!" I could hear the anger in his voice. Oh, it was either run or die for me now. I looked back once again and saw his eyes were dead black, his teeth looked sharper from a distance, and I was so scared, he looked like his muscles grew bigger, "Run!" The Doctor yelled at me. I focused on running. Where are we gonna go anyhow? I don't think Max is ever gonna stop chasing me. Not until I'm dead. Who am I? I'm a girl with no past. Well, not a good one anyway. I've had a terrible childhood, nothing good about it and now it carries on into my adult life. Well, what am I to do? Nothing, exactly. There's nothing I can do. But I did meet this one guy at the airport one day. Kind of a weird dude considering he calls himself The Doctor and seems to bring along girls to his "Trips". Yeah, that's how I got caught up in all of this, just comes up to me and asked "Do you wanna go on a trip?" Yeah, like that works. Ha! Well, funny enough, it did and now Max is after me and I'm running around with this guy. But this guy....this stranger....was the best thing that ever happened to me.

You handled it like a champ. What you are is a strong, brave being that has stood by my side." I breathe as he leans closer. "What you are, is the love of my life...."
