Izuku (no surname) was born not born in the MHA world but rather instead the AOT world. Izuku is also around the same age as Levi and Erwin so it's not weird or illegal. He is on par with Levi in almost everything, but he isn't an Ackerman. When transported to the MHA world he will be de-aged and yet still have all of his scars, injuries, power, and memories. Izuku is not a titan shifter. He is extremely intelligent. He was transported into the MHA world when the Beast titan showed up. Izuku Midoriya was born with multiple quirks but couldn't actively use them because his body couldn't handle them plus he couldn't tell anyone or he would be targeted by many villains if word got out that he had multiple quirks. After his mother's death Izuku chooses to become a vigilante who saves all those he can. After a few years later Izuku is 15 and in his last year in middle school. Everyone still believes him to be a quirkless loser but in truth, Izuku holds many secrets. Izuku wasn't planning on going to the UA Hero course instead he plan to go into their Support Course. However, things don't always go as planned when one day while walking to school Izuku saves a child from being hit by a car not knowing Nezu was watching the entire time. Later when doing a drop to give a certain underground hero information he is caught. After that he is taken in for interrogation, told he will be going into the UA hero course, and even gets adopted by Nedzu. However, just cause he force to enter UA doesn't mean he will stop doing his vigilante work.
