Gypsies and Jinnies

Before meeting Aladdin, Jafar thirsted upon the throne of Agrabah. The five long years spent in the Shirabad prison had turned him greeder and more determined to get his desired spot as the ruler of the city. In the mist of his search for the lamp of wishes, in stomps a small, fierce gypsy girl named Sabina that, despite being poor, makes the palace's life richer. The vizier's cold defences are quickly melted by her and he began contemplating the posibility of being happy. However, everybody's true colours are revealed when another street rat, a similar version of what Jafar once was, catches the princess's eye and opens up the possiblity for the Vizier of having both his kingdom and a queen to rule it with.
A very Jafar-centric fic inspired after watching 2019 live action movie of Aladdin. Comparisons apart, i thought it was a great movie and it brought back my love for Disney.
I'll try to tag along a sheet with pictures of all the characters. Picture in your mind the cast from the 2019 live action.
The main character Sabina and a bunch of others are Romani (gypsies), from differents parts of Eastern Europe. I would throw in some Roma culture references but I am not from that culture, so anything that comes across as wrong or disrecpectful, it was either left intentional for the characters(there will be some slurs, minimal) or it was an honest mistake of mine. Please feel free to point it out in the comments.
I would not be referring to any specific countries or places, except fromt the fictional ones. For reference purposes I situated Agrabah in the country of Jordan in my mind (where the dessert scenes were filmed, with a sea shore). I will be writing about orientalism and Arabian mythology, fields which I am no expert on, so if i make any mistakes, please feel free to correct me in the comments.
