Jimmie leaves his safe and cozy home so that he can join a boy band in the capital and do the thing he loves the most in the world: dance.

Excrept:

He wanted to dance in the capital.

There were many great opportunities in Busset, yes. And it was a lovely city, yes. He definitely was not doing this because he thought going to the capital was the only way to make a living out of his passion: dancing. He could easily do what he loved from the safe and comfort of his home town. But that was the thing. Jimmie didn't want safe and comfort. He wanted to explore. He wanted to see the world. He wanted to try new things.

Set in a completely fictional city and country.
The image on the cover is not mine, I found it on google.

I've dreamed of the perfect marriage ever since I was a little girl: a marriage complete with a hardworking husband while I tended to the home and our children, preferably four little rugrats to call my own. I dreamed of a life filled with laughter, joy, and success, a life we built together. I dreamed of growing old next to my husband, creating a great love story to tell our grandchildren someday. It all seemed so possible. I was raised to be the perfect wife, after all. From the outside, it seemed I had exactly what I dreamed of with the rich, determined husband; the brilliant, gaudy diamond ring; and the beautiful home filled with the hope of future children. Yes, it was all a dream come true. I should have felt grateful, really. The problem is, I also wanted a marriage based on love, passion, and affection, but those are the only things my husband cannot give me . . . . . . because they're reserved for her. For readers: * I do my best to proofread before publishing, but some typos and errors will slip through. Feel free to point them out! * Comments, active engagement, and helpful critiques are welcomed. * Mean, unnecessary comments that attack me, personally, or other commenters will be ignored and deleted. It takes a lot of courage to publish your work and for others to actively engage in a community. I'd like to keep this a safe and fun place to rage at imperfect heroes and cheer for darling heroines! * I'm not a spicy writer. I rather use my word count for plot, character development, and GROVEL!!! * Most importantly, I hope you enjoy the little world I'm creating. Happy reading, everyone! ADS/Imaginationgirl35
The Sea of You & Me by Fireheart73
25 parts Complete
Nobody told me adulthood was going to be this way. How I constantly feel like I have no idea what I'm doing. I'd imagine it feels like being stranded in the middle of the ocean with no land in sight. The constant fear and panic of nothing going right. Except when I see him I feel the smallest sense of relief. I was always stuck in the sea of you, but I lost my way. And now, you won't be the one on the boat throwing me a lifevest like you've always done. That ship sailed long ago. It was up to me now to save myself. ------ Kennedy was only supposed to be gone one year. That was the plan. It's been 5. After running and hiding from her past, Kennedy comes back to town to face the world she has been trying her best to forget. While everything has changed including her, everything seems to be the same. Will she be able to confront her past including the boy next door that she just can't seem to get rid of? It's taken Cal five years to forget the girl next door. He certainly wasn't expecting his feelings to come flooding back at the moment their eyes found each other. While trying to sort his feelings for his first love, he continues to navigate the next steps of his own future. In the final installment of The Deep End trilogy, Kennedy and Cal are forced together for a wedding after years apart. The gang reunites for more shenanigans and memories while they navigate adulthood. While they have all grown and changed in some ways, has their love for each other remained? Can they navigate their way or will they be lost at sea?

THE THIRD P3RSON

38 parts Complete

Sometimes, there's more than meets the eye. A third person helps point it out. _________ "Just get ready and open the door. I need your help." I sat down on the edge of my bed staring at the window. The sky was still dark. Did I want to go? "Nah, I think I'll stay inside." I heard a sharp intake of breath on the other side. "You serious?" I laughed. "Yeah, I'm serious. I'm not moving an inch." Of course, I was lying. I was slipping on my boots when I heard a long sigh. He said, "What do you want if you come help me?" ____ The photo was taken and cover made by me. :$
