This is based off the anime series "gate" but obviously it's not set in Japan but in Australia. "Gates" as they are called, are portals to a fantasy type full of magic and medieval characters like from a fairy tale. In this universe They have appeared in countries like japan, Australia, America, Canada, Korea and UK. In this story we follow An Australia defence fore commando (ADF) a young 23 year old corporal named Dave ORyan. During the attacks in Sydney harbour his father died and was saved by the commandos so he decided to join to get revenge and make peace beyond the gate.

However, an invasion on a worldwide scale had occurred in late 2023. Though there were initial successes in repelling these unknown, mechanical entities. They would eventually start to gain ground through quick adoption of newer variants of their beings and adjusting to counter common military tactics. However, more was needed, so came the introduction of Nikkes, an experimental female soldier that would be the first cybernetic frontline soldier. Even though there were attempts of converting males to such a task, they would become unsuccessful, as it was found out that males were more susceptible to cognitive dissonance and suicide. And so, females ranging from 18 to 30 years of age would remain the main source of Nikkes. As the war raged on, more variants of Nikkes would reinforce or replace the quickly diminishing forces of the world. There would be a significant breakthrough in the Nikkes, with the introduction of the Grimm models of Nikkes. Five Nikkes would be produced by a now defunct company. This squad would be called Goddess. They would be commanded by a special forces Captain Nicholas Miller, and through their first missions, they would further prove the effectiveness of specialized Nikkes and even push the Raptures back some. However, even their efforts would not be enough to stop the tithe of Raptures from encompassing Europe. After many years of fighting, there was one last desperate defense of a structure known as the Ark.
