However, her attempts fail as Albus is quite the suspicious guy. She keeps being persistent though, and after some years, her attempt to befriend him does work out. This is my own version of the next generation's first year at Hogwarts. I wrote the majority of this story long before The Cursed Child came out, so it does not follow a similar plot line. Albus, Rose, and Scorpius struggle to be friends as they are sorted into different houses. Draco and Harry meet again, and this time, things are different. Scorpius explains how his mother died. Pansy Parkinson's son always seems to get in the way. Lucius Malfoy has never been more evil. I've worked extremely hard on this story, so I hope you read it. Enjoy!
