New Horizons, despite the name there was nothing new about the place, it was old, rundown and full of thieves and drunks, there weren't many shops still open, a small Orphanage, a blacksmith, and a couple of taverns, that was it, almost everyone had packed up and left years ago, moving to the bigger cities like Cromerth and Yark.
