While Dream was reviving Wilbur, he accidently added another sequence that ends up separating his soul from his body. Dream gets stuck in a void that has him falling in a bottomless pit. That's when he is approached by an unknown entity with a deal. With nothing else to lose, Dream takes the deal.

What will Dream do in a new world with a different body, a child, the voice of the entity constantly bothering them, and people that look like the members of his smp? Will Dream be able to heal? Will Dream finally learn to keep moving on? or will they let their past take them hostage in another prison?

'It was dark outside by now, and Dream could hear the sounds of monsters roaming the surface. He shivered and grabbed his stone sword a little tighter. He's safe in here... nothing can hurt him... right? A too close for comfort zombie groan made him press more into the corner of his hideout. What he wouldn't give to be back home again, just recording with his friends and having fun in the streams they do together or have patches curl up against his side. He would prefer almost anything over the situation he's in right now. One wrong move and his life would be over. He hates it here. He just wants to go home. Please.' ---- Hey! I did something similar to this for a German story I published like two years ago, so I figured, why not do it in English too? So here goes nothing! This will be a long one! Also, I already want to apologize for not writing the characters 'realistic' enough at some points. I mainly watch Philza and Techno, so everyone else is a bit... unknown to me? Like of course I watch Tommy Videos or Dream Manhunt and all that, but that's about it. Someone he feels as achingly familiar by the name of JSchlatt is there to keep him company and tell him what he had forgotten. ---- A fic in which Wilbur and JSchlatt learn that they have to get everyone in their previous lives to forgive them before they can pass on....which is a little difficult when Wil can't remember his past and Schlatt refuses to admit that he's wrong. No one ever understood the tall boy's disdain for a pack of measly paper cards but he could care less. The same couldn't be said for Dream. It was funny really. A won card game gave him a little brother and a lost one gave him a new family. He didn't particularly care for them either way but he would be lying if he said he wasn't greatful for them.
