Enter Caio - An old man who wants nothing more than to ascend to the next world so that he can meet up with his deceased loved ones and explore the realm beyond life. Then, he receives the news that, in order to Ascend, he has to become the surrogate grandfather of a boy he barely even knows in order to save the world. Enter Marcelo - A ten year old, orphaned actor who will do anything for a bit of change - any form of change, be it physical money or an improvement that will positively benefit him. He's intelligent, creative, independent, and odd - an "indigo child". On the downside, he is developing lethal powers and has a heart that is slowly fading away into the darkness. He's suspected by angels to be the end of the world.   Can Marcelo, and the world, be saved?

I open the doors to my new school. Eager yet bored, since this has happened so many times in my life. Im so done with having to change schools. As i walk in, i find my locker and start putting my things inside. I grab my science textbook and folder, and get ready for a day like hell. I walk into my first hour and get stares from all types of people. A jock who i can tell is popular, gives me a grin. Like id want that. I sit down next to a brunett chick. She gives me a dirty look and chews her gum even louder. I look to my right and see a dark haired boy staring at me. "Way to come on strong" i thought. But thats not what he wanted at all.
