Remus Lupin took me in and started to homeschool me until I was 11. When my letter arrived I was ecstatic. I wrote a letter to my father about going to Hogwarts and wanting to be in Gryffindor like him and Moony. Moony is Lupin. It's his nickname dad and James Potter gave him. The Weasley's are like family to me, whenever Moony has his furry problem once a month I would go over to the Weasley's Burrow. I love all of them dearly. Bill and Charlie are like my older brothers. The twins are like my annoying friends that are always with me. Rons really annoying but always brings me the best food if I don't feel the best. Ginny loves to steal my clothes but she's the best little sister anyway. I'm the same age as George and Fred. I can't wait to do Quidditch. Maybe I can join the team. I would love to beat Diggory at it. Cedric Diggory is like my best friend in the whole world. We met when I was 8 and had run away from home because I didn't want to go to the burrow. Well Cedric dragged me home and helped me to the burrow. After that we were nonstop owling. Sorry I suck at writing descriptions will probably change by end of book I do not own Harry Potter or the characters just the ones i create it will follow most of the plot but i may change somethings. JK Rowling does own Harry Potter and all the Character belong to her. I am not trying to copy just bring some new content to Harry Potter. Many of the pureblood students echo the traditional sentiments of their parents, so what will happen when a talented young first year by the name of Tom Riddle joins the school? Will he travel down the path that we know of him and become the feared Lord Voldemort, or will the offer of friendship and love from the students of the marauders era be enough to sway him from his destiny? Follow Lyra Black (original character) and the rest of the next generation of The Noble and Most Ancient House of Black (Bellatrix, Sirius, Andromeda, Narcissa and Regulus) as they attend Hogwarts. As they struggle through familial control and expectations, changes within their society, love, friendship, house rivalries and their own inner demons, will the heirs of the Black line be able to maintain their once strong familial bonds as they get pulled in different directions? This story deviates from the original timelines of the Harry Potter series in order to accommodate many of the characters that we know and love (or love to hate)! Lots of characters are brought together within the space of a few years, so their birth years will not be accurate. Also there are some other changes, such as age of attendance to Hogwarts beginning at 15 (and ending at 22) because I didn't want to write about 11 year olds! ;) This story is based off the Harry Potter series and all rights belong to J.K. Rowling. I only own Lyra Black, other original characters and original plot lines.
