Mature
Stan Marsh's wife, formerly Nichole Daniels, dies at her own hand as a result of crippling postpartum depression. Stan suddenly finds himself alone to raise their six-year-old daughter and infant son.

Eric Cartman works as a nurse in the ER and is there when Nichole is brought in, bringing him into the situation. He quickly realizes it could be a good opportunity for him to move away from his mom's house and have somewhere to live where he doesn't have to be alone. He offers to help Stan with the kids, initially moving in for his own selfish purposes. However, as time wears on and Stan begins to heal, something starts to shift between them both. This is a love story grown out of a tragedy.

***This story contains references to suicide and its negative consequences, adult language and mild sexual content. Also, obviously follows their lives as adults.***
