Haguruma Ayako's quirk "machine" allows her to readily understand and assemble any sort of machine, making her a prime candidate for the support class, where she works under Hatsume Mei. But when she sets her eyes on the star of class 1-A, Midoriya Izuku, she lets herself be propelled by desire. Her goals shift at once from being a simple supporting figure, forever hidden beneath stronger heroes' shadows, to a hero in her own right, one worthy of being Midoriya's true love.
