Have you ever wondered what it would be like if Henry & Charlotte had a daughter? I have decided to take Charles out and make Matthew the eldest. Harriet Granville Fairchild, is most like her father, Henry in some ways. Spending mostly all day and night downstairs in the lab along side Christopher and Thomas Lightwood. She has a keen eye to make almost anything out of something almost deemed useless, she thinks taking broken things and fixing them and making them better is almost like people. Even though she barely talks to anyone else other than Christopher. Much to her mother's dismay. Harriet realizes how it really is to be a woman in a man's world, and what she chooses to do can change what her future holds.

{snap, shatter, and howl, pt. i } When Sydney Herondale returns from a year of tour in Romania, she's a very, very different woman from the girl Matthew left behind at the Shadowhunter academy years ago: a new version of Sydney that he finds himself inexplicably falling for. But this is not as simple as it seems: demons attack in broad daylight, James's love life wreaks havoc on everyone else's emotions, and Matthew slowly begins to realize that the Sydney who returned from Romania may understand his own pain better than he thinks... Or, this time, there's someone to stop Matthew from spiraling.
