I have to manage my mom's sobriety so I can keep her out of jail. I have to keep a smile on my face, so no one knows how hard it's been. Of course, that's kind of impossible because I have to face his storm-tossed eyes and broad shoulders in class every other evening if I want to graduate with my perfect grade-point intact.
