I let out a harsh, cold laugh, as if what he said was not funny at all but I was just cruel enough to taunt him for it.
"No you don't. You love the image that I have. You love the girl that everyone sees me as, someone fake, someone perfect." The silence that followed proved just how right I was, he wanted an illusion and I couldn't give it to him.
