Maird's Fall

The nature of a Wielder.. obedient, intelligent, efficient. These are three words that Maird has always strived and failed to achieve. Intelligence came natural, as natural as the powerful magic flowing through her veins. Each Wielder commands magic, some more than others. Maird commands more than what is deemed safe for one Wielder. The Wielders who are deemed unsafe become part of the fallen, doomed to walk the Realm of Earth-Dwellers after being stripped of their own powers. As her father works to train her control for the upcoming Test of the Wielders by the Court Royale, Maird falls deeper into trance with the Dream Realm and the mysterious suitor who she meets there. Will she pass to become the most talented Wielder the Realms have seen or will she fall?
