An alternative story of Kamen Rider Build. Where Ryuga and Kasumi die before getting the change to meet Sento. Evolt, a lookalike of Ryuga Banjo pops up shortly after Ryuga's death, taking his identity. A few months after the death of Ryuga, Sento lays on the floor of his basement lab, no memories remaining. Over the next few weeks, Sento kiryu was re-experiencing life. In doing so, he found the blueprints of project build, a blueprint for the power to uphold love and peace. A few days after, fate brings Evolt and Sento to meet each other in the cafe above Sento's lab, where our story begins.

Namura Yuji was a normal 15 year old with a pretty crappy quirk. He's quite the trouble maker; a delinquent at school with questionable marks and friends. He starts running drugs for extra cash and runs into trouble when a group of scientists try to steal his delivery of Trigger (a drug that enhances the users quirk temporarily) off him. They release some sort of monster on him and to get away he injects himself with the drug, enhancing his own quirk. Except it isn't temporary, it sticks around. So now he's got a way better, not crappy quirk. Becoming a teenage vigilante is the logical next step, of course. Meeting Eraserhead was purely an accident and anything past that was just bad luck. (obviously I don't own bnha. I feel like all my stories center around U.A and school life so I wanted to shake things up with a character that doesn't enter U.A at all.
