Yesterday I went to college and it was fine, it's finals week so naturally more stressed than usual but not anything I haven't done before. But all week I've been feeling a little off, low on energy, more annoyed, more spaced out. I can feel it coming again so I've been holding it in, holding it back, telling myself that it's okay, but I don't feel okay.
